    Job Title: Label Dispatch Operator


    You will be responsible for printing customer-facing labels for regulated products and preparing lot-specific batch records. You will work both individually and as part of a team to ensure products meet or exceed quality specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Print customer-facing labels for regulated products.
    • Prepare lot-specific batch records in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
    • Communicate and interface with work groups to ensure daily production tasks are completed.
    • Adhere to ISO and FDA standards for manufacturing.
    • Review and peer review team members' work to catch and resolve errors.
    • Maintain strong attendance and be ready to start work on time daily.
    • Receive general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.

    Essential Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail with alpha and numerical text as well as symbols.
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively to reduce errors in the manufacturing process.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome.
    • Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions independently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in a life science company preferred.
    • Biology or chemistry (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with Bartender Label Printing Software (preferred but not required).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

    Work Environment:

    This role is primarily performed in a clean room and office setting, mostly at a computer reviewing batch records and creating labels. You will work with label printers such as Xerox and Zebra/Sato. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and follow PPE requirements, including wearing a company-provided hairnet, beard net (if applicable), lab coat, safety glasses, and closed shoes.
