    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner Spanish Speaking to join our dynamic team in Queens.

    As a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients while bridging language barriers and enhancing accessibility to healthcare services.

    You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care to our diverse patient population.
    Conduct thorough medical assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of patients in both Spanish and English languages.
    Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
    Provide ongoing medical management and follow-up care to patients across various medical specialties.

    Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers in Spanish, and English, ensuring clear understanding of medical conditions, treatment options, and instructions.

    Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) system.
    Coordinate care with specialists, allied health professionals, and community resources to optimize patient outcomes.
    Stay updated on current medical practices, guidelines, and advancements through continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.
    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within the healthcare organization.
    Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with Nurse Practitioner specialization from an accredited program. New Grads welcome.
    Fluent proficiency in Spanish , and English languages , with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information.
    Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty area preferred.
    Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
    Prior experience working in a multicultural healthcare setting.
    Proficiency in medical interpretation and translation services.
    Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
