    Intake/ Pre-litigation Paralegal.

    Responsibilities include completing all pre-litigation case tasks (sending no-fault application, filing Medicaid forms, sending letters of representation, obtaining/reviewing medical records, filing/scanning. Heavy contact with clients and insurance companies is expected. Organizational skills and attention to detail are absolutely required

    The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working with motor-vehicle accidents, NYC/MTA/NYCT cases, with some trip/slip & fall cases.

    Must be very organized, driven, able to multi-task and think quickly, efficiently and most important independently. Superb attention to detail is a must. Must work well with other people, be personable, punctual and reliable. Must be savvy with computers, particularly Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

    Experience with TrialWorks or other reputable case management programs is a plus, but not required.

    If your intentions are simply to come and collect a paycheck, it will be noticed and it will not work for either of us.

    Salary is commensurate with experience, and benefits are included.

    Salary range is $48,000 to $52,000.
