    We are looking for someone with experience managing quality for high precision, tight tolerance parts and devices.

    You must possess the ability to execute like nobody else and be a pro at follow up and follow through.

    You'll operate at a high tempo and pace to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Optical Engineering or in a related field 10+ years of management experience in a Quality role
    • Experience developing, building out, and implementing a QMS
    • Experience reporting to senior leadership and executives
    • US CitizenshipPreferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical or Optical Engineering or related field
    • Experience leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, and/or Smartsheet to track, manage, and communicate the work your team does
