Join our dynamic team as a User Experience Designer II, where you'll drive innovative design solutions and enhance user interactions in a collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of user experiences with our cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data-driven insights and user-centered design principles.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and design mockups to effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
- Present design concepts to team members and executives, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of user interface design standards and best practices.
- Advocate for customer needs, challenging assumptions to push for optimal user experiences.
Skills
- Minimum of six years' experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts clearly.
- Fluent in web-based information architecture, usability principles, and design techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment handling multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- Experience with design research, workshops, and creating personas and journey maps.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for advocating customer-focused solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams across varying levels of the organization.
