    Description
    ROLE:

    The Software (.NET) Developer will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within our organization by focusing on projects centered around internally designed Radiology and Laboratory front-end systems. In this position, the primary objective is to craft dynamic solutions that not only streamline lead times but also significantly enhance the overall efficiency of our development project workflow. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of transforming conceptual ideas into robust, user-friendly applications, contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of our technological capabilities.

    As a valued team member, you will be an integral part of our agile project team, contributing to the estimation, development, and enhancement of both new and existing solutions. Your role involves immersing yourself in our development environment, where you will proactively adopt and contribute to our coding best practices. A key aspect of your responsibilities includes active participation in thorough code reviews, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented development culture.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Design and develop user interfaces and bug fixes (C# .NET).
    • Troubleshoot critical production issues.
    • Upgrade/maintain existing websites and applications (C# .NET, CSS, JS).
    • Work with project team to produce and clarify website and application specifications.
    • Improve daily work processes through automation and/or alternative methods.
    • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and techniques to utilize in your code and share with team members.
    REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience as a .NET Developer.
    • Experience in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
    • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Database design and management using SQL Server or other relational databases.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary for this role, as it involves regular interaction with English-speaking clients and team members.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1+ years of working in a healthcare related setting.
    • 1+ years of experience developing web applications in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft MVC.
    • 1+ years of experience with modern software design patterns, debugging, and refactoring.
    • Experience using modern semantic accessible HTML.
    • Experience with Visual Studio Tooling.
    • Experience with code versioning tools, such as TFS.
    • Familiarity with PACS and other DICOM-related technologies
    • Familiarity with key healthcare workflows and relevant data exchange processes. (HL7)
    • DevExpress experience is a plus.
    • ASP.NET Forms is a plus.
