Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse in Personal Care Services provides and directs provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program and in compliance with applicable laws regulations and agency policies Specific Job Duties Responsibilities Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards Completes clinical nursing assessments Ensures plan of care frequency meets needs patient initiates plan revisions needed with physician approvalBenefits
