- As a Benefits Analyst , you will oversee daily administration and compliance, as well as initiate improvements within the areas of the health, welfare, and retirement plans.
- Performs benefit reconciliations (such as 401k, Medical and Rx claim funding, FSA, HSA, etc.)
- Works with HRIS Analyst to develop, test and implement new plans, interfaces and reports, as well as changes to existing interfaces, etc.
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS or other professional HR Certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of benefits experience, including involvement with health, welfare and retirement benefit plans and legislation, as well as HRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS/PeopleSoft experience preferred
