Job summary
This position can work out of any of our Vivie Hospice locations in Alexandria, Fergus Falls, Wadena, Baxter, Morris,
Waite Park, Coon Rapids or West St Paul.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain visit schedules including supervisory visits per policy.
- Work with the Hospice Manager of Clinical Operations and Clinical Care Coordinator to develop clinical territories and work to manage drive time/mileage.
- Schedule Home Health Aide visits.
