Gratitude Homecare of New Jersey is a family-owned and operated home care agency. We are a company of dedicated caregivers who provide high-quality services to our clients in their own homes. The home health aide provides personal care and related services in the home. She/he functions under the direction, instruction and supervision of the staff nurse and the Director of Nursing and/or appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in English, consistent with job requirements
Completion of a NJ state certified CHHA course training and has an active CHHA certification
Consent to a criminal background check and other checks required by law
A reliable means of transportation to get to assigned patient visits
2 Reference Checks
2 forms of ID
Prefer 1 year experience as a CHHA in a health related setting
SPECIAL SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: CHHA
