Position: Line Cook
Classification: Full Time/Part Time
Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a wide range of dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timings, and quality control.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain our high culinary standards.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, including cutting, chopping, and measuring.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation through creative ideas and experimentation.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to food quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Food handler's certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Sautee experience a bonus

Salary Description
$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr based on experience
