Are you a pro at handling calls and providing top-notch service? Spherion Temple is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives You'll be the friendly voice on the line, assisting with registrations, scheduling, inquiries, and more.

Perks and Benefits
Stable schedule Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay rate of $17 per hour

Temporary position with the opportunity to convert to permanent

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Ensure accurate data entry and registration
Coordinate appointments and provide necessary information
Communicate effectively with team members
Stay composed under pressure and prioritize tasks

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education:
High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient data entry and computer navigation skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and call center technology
