    Department OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in coordinating, managing global projects, and driving continuous development within the company. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, enhancing our sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Job Description

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insight
    • Proven experience in program management, including successful management of complex projects
    • Ensure that projects meet the program goals for TTM, Customer Satisfaction and Cos
    • Negotiate scope/schedule/resources commitments
    • Act as the team Hub
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills, and a proven ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Take initiative and aren't afraid to dive into unfamiliar tasks to find the best solutions to problems.
    • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce, Aha, MS Project experience a plus
    • Experience in Cross-functional Go-to-Market processes & programs and/or Sales Enablement
    • Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and program management methodologies.
    • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated success in building consensus with employees, peers, and executives

    Other:

    • Travel may be required, rarely, as you will be joining a global team with a global mission
    • MSI may allocate such additional or other duties of work from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business of Avigilon.


    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience working in tech, ideally within a project management or operations-focused role
