- Graphic Design – graphic design for social media, website, emails, etc.
- Social Media admin for all BOS accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube track page statistics, respond to comments and messages.
- Social Media Content Schedule – maintain a schedule of posts on all social platforms including post copy and images
- Marketing outreach- work with all departments and markets to increase visibility for the bank's activities on social media.
- Social Media Content Library for various departments
- Online and Social Media Monitoring – monitor posts regarding the bank
- BOS Blog Content Schedule – maintain a schedule of articles to coordinate with social media
- CRM Administration – back up for the CRM administrator, monitor marketing efforts and look for opportunities to increase the marketing department's use of the system.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum of Associate Degree required, plus one year of relevant experience
- Graphic Design and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Social Media experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required
- Experience in scheduling and ability to multi-task is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and other outside entities.
- Requires excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capability.
- Strong working knowledge of BOS Products and Services is preferred
