    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Paramedic/Nurse to join our team at Remote Medical International.

    About the Role

    This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing emergency medical care to clients in remote locations. As an Offshore Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for managing emergent and non-emergency medical care at worksites as designated by the client or content of the scope of work (SOW).

    You will provide routine medical services, respond to emergencies, perform safety checks and evaluations of necessary medical gear and equipment, and participate in simulation exercises organized by the client.

    Responsibilities

    • Urgent and Emergency Care: Provide urgent and emergency care for all workers in the client worksite.
    • Clinical Assessment and Examinations: Undertake accurate clinical assessment and examinations.
    • Medical Record Keeping: Report medical treatments in accordance with requirements of the Client.
    • Patient Transport: Travel with patient (if necessary) to the nearest approved Medical Facility.
    • Medical Supplies and Equipment: Ensure that critical medical supplies and equipment are pre-packed and available for emergency use at dispersed sites or during patient transport.
    • Simulation Exercises: Participate in simulation exercises organized by the Client.
    • Guidelines and Procedures: Be fully conversant with Remote Healthcare Provider (RHCP) guidelines and Recordable Case Management (RCM) guidelines.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Minimum of 2 Years Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as an independent and fully qualified paramedic, nurse, or advanced practitioner.
    • Previous Experience in Remote Medical Support Services: Previous experience in remote medical support services preferred.
    • Medical Licenses/Certifications: Medical licenses/certifications as listed above, in good standing and without restrictions.
