    The main role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide daily nursing care and services to assigned residents based on individual care plans and supervisor directives.



    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Duties

    • Deliver resident-centered care, aiding in daily living activities like:
    • Assisting with Mobility and Positioning.
    • Providing Restorative Care.
    • Supporting in Toileting and Bathing.
    • Assisting with Grooming: Oral, Shaving, and Nail Care.
    • Supporting Dining Needs.
    • Assisting with Dressing and Undressing.
    • Practice Infection Control and Prevention.
    • Handle Nutrition and Elimination Needs.
    • Provide Comfort and End-of-Life Care.
    • Respond promptly to call lights.
    • Notify assigned nurse of any changes in resident's condition.
    • Report observed accidents and incidents without delay.
    • Document all necessary information accurately.
    • Collaborate effectively with all facility disciplines.
