ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support on tax-related mattersDevelop and implement tax strategies and initiatives to optimize tax planning and compliance for our clientsReview and analyze complex tax issues, providing guidance and recommendations to clientsStay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying tax planning opportunitiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of tax services within our overall service offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any tax-related concerns or inquiriesMonitor the performance and productivity of the tax practice area, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectivenessQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; master's degree preferredCPA or EA licensure strongly preferredMinimum of 5+ years experience in tax accountingSophisticated knowledge of income tax planning, compliance, and consultingProficiency with TaxAct Professional (or similar tax preparation software), Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge for filing 1040, 1041, 1120, and 709 tax returnsValid PTINExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to organize, prioritize, and solve problemsCompensation: $100, $150,000.00 per yearOur History2006The Bedford NH office opens and Staff Hunters begins working with more and more clients in the greater Manchester marketplace.
