As an Operations Manager at Gracie Barra, you hold a critical position that drives the spirit and culture of our company. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of all processes. Key Responsibilities
As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise, performance manage, and develop staff, delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments efficiently and effectively to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee inventory management and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage ordering and tracking of supplies.
• Develop and manage budgets, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including some safety requirements
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• 2+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant software programs and tools, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
Work Location: Onsite in Mission Viejo, CA 92691
Work Schedule & Pay Details:
• This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.
• Office hours at 8am-5pm, however, this role's hours may vary and from time to time may require work on weekends and holidays.
• Pay range is approximately $75,000-$85,000 yearly.
