    Psychotherapy Services Specialist

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapy Services Specialist to provide essential psychotherapy services to nursing home residents. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for collaborating with facility staff and administration to deliver an integrated patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients and their families.
    • Document visit notes accurately and within 24 hours of each visit.

    Qualifications:
    • A Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
    • An active LCSW license in good standing.
    • Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
