    Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start? We're a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area.

    Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline.

    MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

    You'll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
    • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
    • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
    • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
    • Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
    • Stay informed about market changes and help clients understand the implications of their purchase
    • Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals
    • Find homes that meet buyers' criteria and drive them to showings
    • Assist agents by showcasing homes to buyer clients
    • Research potential market listings and coordinate showings with clients, listing agents, and home sellers
    • Collaborate with the lead agent to show homes that meet buyer needs and budgets, resulting in increased sales Qualifications:
    • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
    • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
    • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
    • Professional in attitude and appearance
    • Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
    • Quick learner of real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
    • Team player comfortable in a tight-knit company environment
    • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
    • Independent, self-motivated, and able to connect with a variety of personalities
    • Analytical ability to understand client reactions to homes and adjust future showings accordingly
    • Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving
    • Ability to analyze client needs and match them to suitable homes
    • Desire to support clients in finding their dream home
    • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
    • Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for showings
    • Real Estate License required (We can help you get licensed)
    • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
    • High school diploma required

    Compensation:
    $30,000 yearly
