**Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality security solutions to clients.

About the Position

This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Security Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Access Control/Video Surveillance/Intrusion Projects, including planning, implementation, and completion.
This role involves interacting with various stakeholders, including coworkers, customers, and end-users in a professional and courteous manner.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet customer expectations.
Oversee the installation and testing of security systems to ensure they meet design specifications.
Manage and coordinate the work of technicians and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and training.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Project Manager in a commercial construction setting.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
Understanding of project financials and budgeting.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
