- Manage the development of campaign programs for battleground states, aligning with overarching campaign strategies.
- Lead a team of managers and associates to create and implement detailed program plans.
- Facilitate collaboration with the Program Content team, Battleground States departments, and other HQ departments to develop programs, processes, and materials in tandem.
- Act as project manager for all program plans and associated projects.
- Experience managing a high performing team.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Experience working across multiple teams and gathering meaningful input.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to handle projects with the appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work well under pressure with humor and grace.
- A team player that recognizes the importance of working collaboratively.

Overview:
The DNC is seeking a Program Development Director. The director will lead a team of program development managers to develop campaign programs for battleground states, aligning with overarching campaign strategies. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.
Key Responsibilities:
