    7. **Transportation**: Assisting with transportation to medical appointments, errands, or social outings. (Not with personal vehicles)

    8. **Monitoring Health**: Observing and reporting changes in the client's health or condition.

    9. **Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of care provided and any significant developments.

    10. **Safety**: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the client by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

    11. **Communication**: Keeping in touch with the client's family or healthcare professionals to provide updates on the client's condition.
