    • Full-time or Part-time Day shifts from 6 am to 6 pm
    • Full-time or Part-time shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
    • Full-time or Part-time Evening shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm
    • Full-time or Part-time Night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am
    All schedules will involve occasional weekends.

    Clinton Manor delivers long-term care with proficient nursing that caters to seniors or individuals with elevated medical requirements. Our team of highly skilled RN's, LPN's, and Certified Nurse Assistants assist residents in their recovery from surgery, stroke, or illness. We also specialize in aiding individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Direct Support Professionals, or DSPs, offer personalized, hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities who reside with us.

    We strive to ensure residents feel at ease during their stay, providing them with a range of daily choices and the autonomy to make decisions based on their unique needs, objectives, and preferences.

    EDUCATION & SKILLS:

    Applicants must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program and hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in Illinois at the time of employment. Previous experience as a long-term care nurse is desirable. Proficiency in using computers and facility-specific software is essential. Fluency in English for oral and written communication to complete necessary documentation is necessary.

    Basic math skills and CPR certification at the healthcare provider level are required. A compassionate attitude towards providing high-quality care to residents is a must. Mandatory participation in in-service training for ongoing education is expected.

    Additionally, candidates should be able to take the lead, make independent decisions, and foster teamwork in order to effectively carry out the duties of this position. Adequate written and verbal communication skills for understanding instructions and basic charting functions, while maintaining confidentiality, are necessary.
