    About This Position

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing data mapping, data quality management, metadata management, and master data management, as well as conducting in-depth data analysis to inform and progress our current and future data operating models.

    The Data Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our data architecture and ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets.

    Salary Range:

    k- commensurate with candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

    On a Day-to-day Basis You Will

    Utilize Office 365 Applications, Visio, SQL, and Python for various data-related tasks.
    Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    Handle missing values, outliers, and data inconsistencies effectively.
    Transform data into a suitable format for analysis purposes.
    Perform statistical analyses and data mining to identify trends and patterns.
    Generate reports, charts, and visualizations to convey insights visually.
    Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
    Continuously monitor and Implement data validation checks to identify errors and inconsistencies, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    Perform data mapping, data quality management, metadata management, and master data management
    Perform analysis, document findings and recommendations, and develop data architecture artifacts that inform and progress the current and future data operating models (data profiling and data analysis)

    Required Education/Qualifications

    Clearance:

    MUST be fully adjudicated & maintain a Top Secret security clearance or higher.
    Associate/bachelor's degree with 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, data quality management, and metadata management.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Visio, SQL, and Python.
    Strong expertise in data analysis, data architecture, and data services development.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
    Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with good problem-solving abilities.
    Experience working with and supporting Agile development teams.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Security+ certification, preferred
    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices is also a plus.
