Marketing Assistant Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and have the ability to create compelling documents and proposals to support our client's construction business.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales and field team to develop engaging content, graphics, and visuals for marketing materials, including proposals and presentations.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, to design and edit images and graphics for various marketing initiatives. Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital and print marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Assist in creating documents for response to proposals, scope sheets, etc.


Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required. Ability to work onsite in Springfield NJ office Salary range $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
