    NY Health (NYH) is excited to expand our medical services to include the Center for
    Urology, Primary Care, Nephrology Center, and the Department of Physical Therapy. With multiple locations spanning from the Bronx and Queens to Suffolk County, our healthcare experts are available and prepared to put your health first.

    In this role you will:
    Manage all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift. Including but not limited to, assigning patient assignments, and medication orders, training new hires, and managing a safe environment for staff and patients alike with a focus on providing efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction. The Head Nurse is responsible for making sure those values are reflected in his or her staff at all times.

    We require:
    • Current NYS RN license required.
    • 2 years minimum Experience as an RN in an Oncology setting.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (current enrollment in BSN program required)
    • Full-time position
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • High level of familiarity with NYCBS policies and procedures.
    • Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff and other health care professionals.
    • Proficiency in OncoEMR.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
    • Attendance to all mandatory nursing meetings.
