As Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager at Alaffia, you'll help design and execute our growth strategy.

This is a highly cross-functional role – you will serve as the primary connective tissue between the growth, product and finance teams.

You will work with these team leads to develop operationalize track performance of Alaffi's growth strategy lead identify new growth opportunities evaluate analyze go-to-market strategies performance develop scalable operational processes fuel mission revenue goals

Develop strategic roadmap B2B growth defining target customer profiles sales motions channel priorities partnership leadership synthesizing performance insights clear strategic recommendations ensuring dependencies addressed enable winLead design execution metrics KPIs covering pipeline health conversion retention expansion efficiency CAC payback segment rep customer basisRun weekly pipeline reporting forecasting meetings measure progress vs goalsPartner Finance annual quarterly planning setting forecasts headcount plans commission structures quotas territoriesPerform day-to-day maintenance administration HubSpot maintaining custom objects automations user profiles functionalityBuild maintain dashboards Salesforce work key stakeholders understand data needsPartner Data Finance teams maintain important systems tech stack ensure data integrity multiple platform integrations HubSpot SalesNavigator ZoomInfo GongSupport growing Sales team answering help requests identify areas improvement benefit Sales team Alaffia whole
