Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies,
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner,
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas storefront corridors parking areas and perimeter routes to help deter unwanted activity identify maintenance or security-related concerns monitor access points high-traffic areas observe for suspicious behavior report policy violations or hazards to site management Allied Universal leadership complete detailed incident reports patrol logs visitor interactions communicate timely updates supervisors client representatives per site procedures
