Starting pay is $23.51/hour. With good attendance and performance, you'll receive a raise to $24.04/hour at 30 days, a raise to $24.56 at 6 months, a raise to $24.82 at 12 months, and a raise to $25.08 at 18 months.

We also pay a monthly incentive/bonus

Full benefits at the beginning of the month after 60 days worked

Shift is 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Must be open to overtime when needed.

Required skills:

• At least 1-year previous MIG welding experience preferably in a job shop/production role.
• Ability to read tape measure, calipers and micrometer.
• Ability to read blueprints to weld products to specifications without a fixture.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

Essential for job function requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 60 pounds.
• Stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
• Stoop, twist, bend and work overhead.
• Demonstrate manual dexterity.
• Tolerate extremes in temperature.
• Perform visual inspections.
