We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Vehicle Acquisition Team. No dealership or car experience is required—we're specifically looking for servers, bartenders, baristas, retail pros, and hospitality rockstars who want to level up into a career with real earning potential and a professional team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email local vehicle owners using dealership tools and contact lists
• Speak confidently and kindly to potential sellers — no hard sales
• Set appointments for appraisals and trade-ins with our management team
• Help track responses and follow-ups in our CRM (we'll teach you)
• Learn how to assess vehicle condition and match sellers with dealership needs
• Bring high energy, positivity, and consistency every day

Qualifications

• You've worked in restaurants, retail, coffee shops, or customer service—and you know how to talk to people
• You thrive on a challenge and want to earn based on performance, not just hours
• You're comfortable on the phone and willing to follow a process
