RFgen is seeking a senior director of Oracle strategic alliances to build and execute a focused alliance motion within the Oracle SCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

<p>Strategic Alliance Development:</p></li>
<p>Build and execute a focused Oracle alliance strategy targeting a small number (￱0) of mid-tier, industry-aligned Oracle SIs,￰Establish RFgen as a designed-in mobility platform for Oracle SCM engagements, not a bolt-on tool,￰Develop joint go-to-market motions for Aerospace and Defense and Process Manufacturing customers￰SI andOracle Field Engagement:￰10 Build trusted relationships with:Oracle SCM sales leadership and industry teamsOracle SI practice leads and solution architectsAct as an executive-level bridge between RFgen,Oracle,and SI partnersPosition RFgen as the risk-reductionand recovery platform when mobility complexity emerges post-go-liveDeal Influence & Pipeline Creation:￰1Influenceand support activeOracle opportunities by:Shaping solution architectureSupporting pre-sales strategyHelping SIs avoid delivery risk tied to brittle mobility designsDrive partner-influencedand partner-sourced pipeline aligned to RFgens mid-market ARR profile ($50k–$100k typical deals)Repeatable Motion Creation:￰11 Help defineand document:Fixed-scope mobilityand labeling motionsReference architectures aligned toOracle SCMJoint win stories.and case studiesEnsure alliance efforts result in repeatable,scaleablerepeatable,motions,nottwo-one-offdeals￰1What This Role Is Not:
