- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Assist with preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative recovery
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care
- Participate in oncall rotation as required (call schedule to be discussed during the interview)
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room setting
- Strong orthopedic and general surgical experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing highquality patient care and ensuring patient safety
