Amazon MGM Studio's Key Art Production Studio is looking for a Lead Creative Key Art Finisher to lead our in-house finishing team.

This role will be responsible for working closely with our Key Art Production Manager to develop workflows and best practices.

They will also oversee the finishing that is done by the team to ensure it meets the highest quality bar and ensure the techniques that are being used are consistent with our preferred methods.

Key job responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Key Art Production Manager to allocate resources to meet strict deadlines
• Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time while staying connected to the details of each project
• Developing workflow and best practice techniques to optimize efficiency of the team
• Work directly with our Creative Team to ensure that the final artwork is consistent with their creative vision

A day in the life

• Coordinating with the Key Art Production Manager and Key Art Producers to strategize and prioritize work to be performed
• Providing time estimates to determine capacity planning, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Working with each finisher to understand their strengths and weaknesses to optimize production and to provide feedback for them to grow

About the team

Our Key Art Production team is a fast paced and growing team within Amazon MGM Studios Marketing. We are responsible for end to end production of static assets.

Our In-House Key Art Production Studio is a vital part of our success having the ability to quickly turn around Finishing and Production requests from our stakeholders.

This position will be a vital role on the team to ensure the quality of the finish and the techniques being used meet or exceed our very high quality bar.

Culver City, CA, USA

Qualifications

• 5 years of creative services experience
• Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
• Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
• Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
• Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool)
