- Epic certification in relevant modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, MyChart) required.
- 5+ years of experience working with Epic applications in a technical capacity, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering Epic implementation projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical proficiency in Epic application design, configuration, and customization using Epic's application development tools (e.g., Chronicles, Cache Object Script).
- Experience with Epic integration methodologies, including HL7 interfaces, Epic Bridges, and Web Services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
