Job summary
We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with patients and families who are experiencing mental health issues.
- Conducts intake interviews, mental status evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments,
- Formulates and implements evidence-based care plans and regularly evaluates progress made on care plan compliance to make individual modifications regarding goals and interventions.
