SummaryWe're seeking driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and become the face of Best Logistics.
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clients who can benefit from our 3PL fulfillment and warehousing services, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth.
You'll have the freedom to build your own book of business, with full support from our warehouse operations team, customer service team, and leadership—all while representing a company that stands out in the competitive 3PL industry for reliability and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities by networking, cold outreach, industry referrals, and participation in relevant trade events (focused on e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing clients in need of 3PL fulfillment).
- Grow and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize retention, upsell additional services (e.g., inventory management, kitting, reverse logistics), and drive recurring revenue.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their supply chain, fulfillment, and warehousing needs, then present tailored 3PL solutions that align with their goals (cost savings, efficiency, scalability).
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the 3PL and fulfillment space to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (warehouse operations, customer success, inventory management) to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and consistent delivery of our 3PL services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in our CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales-related inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales, with a focus on 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment services is a major plus (experience selling to e-commerce or retail clients is highly desirable).
- A "hunter" mentality with a passion for building relationships—you're proactive, results-driven, and thrive on closing deals and growing your book of business.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our 3PL fulfillment solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Data-savvy mindset: ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and sales data to optimize your approach and drive results.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, pipeline, and customer records is preferred.
- Basic understanding of 3PL fulfillment processes (inventory storage, order picking/packing, shipping, returns management) is a bonus—we're happy to train the right candidate with a strong sales background.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or Logistics is preferred.
