    The Staff Accountant Role will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Oversee the preparation of general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations

    · Process all daily deposits, including lockboxes and all credit card transactions

    · Accounts Receivable - create and maintain process to manage AR collections

    · Accounts Payable - Audit and analyze weekly expenses

    · Assist in preparing monthly financial statements

    · Research and analyze outside financial statements (10-K & 10-Q)

    · Assist with compliance in all 50 states, research sales and income tax nexus requirements

    · Assist with CRM system and run frequent reports

    · Take on additional tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

    · 3-5 years in similar role

    · Experience in Microsoft accounting systems (Dynamics NAV a plus)

    · Microsoft CRM and Office suite skill level (advanced Excel knowledge)

    · Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

    · Must have exceptional time management skills and detail oriented

    · Able to work under pressure
