    Quail Run Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to join our team or dedicated healthcare professionals
    *LMSW or LCSW required*Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Quail Run Behavioral Health.

    POSITION SUMMARY:


    The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment programs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work required.
    • LMSW or LCSW required.
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field and a minimum of (2) years' leadership experience required.
    • Must have or be able to obtain level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
