    Job Description

    The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing detailed analysis and commentary explaining company performance and creating forward-looking modeling/analysis to achieve the company earnings target.

    They provide analysis in decision-making in all operational, financial, and strategic matters.
    Responsibilities
    Support management in reporting sales and gross profit by value stream, customer, item, etc.

    Analysis of Change (AOC) reporting:
    Customer pricing analysis.
    Inflation analysis - material, labor, overhead.
    Productivity analysis - material, labor, overhead.
    Headcount tracking and reporting.

    EBITDA adjustment support:
    Non-recurring / non-normal course of business items.
    Run-rate normalization.
    Capacity planning support.

    CAPEX support:
    Investment ROI analysis.
    Tracking of actual impact on expected ROI.
    Working capital analysis and forecasting.

    Budget and forecast support:
    Annual Budget.
    Quarterly forecast.
    Support of operational KPI reporting.
    Other Ad hoc support.
    Requirements
    4-year degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
    Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
    Manufacturing experience (medical a plus).
    Strong Computer/ ERP skills.
    Strong analytical skills.
    Highly organized; able to successfully balance numerous competing priorities.
    Fluency in English.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Highly motivated, self-starter.
