- 80 hours every two weeks

- Provides leadership and support to all staff in partnership with Property Manager
- Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
- Performs administrative tasks to support day-to-day building operations
- Responsible for IT Management and Coordination
- Supports management by preparing payroll reports
- Communicates and coordinates with Ebenezer Finance Department for timely completion of financial tasks
- Manages on-site convenience store
- Performs other duties as required by the Property Manager
- 1-3 years of previous experience
- Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail
- Knowledge pf IT operations
- Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications. Moderate expertise in Excel.
- High level customer service and interpersonal skills
