    Overview

    We are looking for an
    Assistant Property Manager III to join our team This position supports the Property Manager with the administrative and programmatic operations of the property to meet member needs and expectations.

    This position is responsible for providing office and technology management and supervision, communications, and accounting functions for the property and members.

    This position provides support to all departments. This property management schedule includes;

    • 80 hours every two weeks
    • Full time day shifts

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Provides leadership and support to all staff in partnership with Property Manager
    • Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
    • Performs administrative tasks to support day-to-day building operations
    • Responsible for IT Management and Coordination
    • Supports management by preparing payroll reports
    • Communicates and coordinates with Ebenezer Finance Department for timely completion of financial tasks
    • Manages on-site convenience store
    • Performs other duties as required by the Property Manager

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 1-3 years of previous experience
    • Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail
    • Knowledge pf IT operations
    • Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications. Moderate expertise in Excel.
    • High level customer service and interpersonal skills

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's Degree:
    Business Admin. with Bookkeeping or Accounting Focus

    • Other License/Certification/Registration:
    Computer Networking Systems

    • 3-5 years of previous experience
