**Description**

**Duties to include:**

Exceed the First Class Service standards with each customer, business partner and peer.

Coordinate and monitor staffing levels to maximize sales and service.

Direct, coach and train Associates in the daily assignments.

Support the promotional programs and special events.

Handling cash and register functions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Supervising and overseeing the daily operations of several stores.

Direct the replenishment of merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.

Represent and support the company by fostering strong business relationships within the airport community.

**Position Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalency required. A Bachelors degree is preferred.

+ One year of retail management experience or experience in a supervisory role that includes leading teams and achieving strategic objectives.

+ Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.

+ Proficient in reading, writing, basic mathematics and cash handling.

+ Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable Department of Transportation requirements.

+ Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, walking and climbing a ladder.

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
