- Bachelor's degree with concentration in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business or a related field.
- ServSafe Certification
- Prior experience with management of school meal programs or related field
- Skilled professional with 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience with personal computers and software including spreadsheets, word processing and nutrient analysis.
- Experience in coordinating programs and education to ensure appropriate safety and sanitation standards are achieved.
- Position requires supervisory experience, training or experience in business management, preferably food service management.
