    Responsibilities:

    This planner/scheduler position supports the Intelligence Community (IC) clients Communication Directorate. Develops and maintains detailed schedules, plans and supporting materials and documents in support of groups within the enterprise. Works with multiple stakeholders to define and develop schedules geared toward fulfillment of mission goals and/or deliveries.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Design and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) to meet evolving customer needs.
    • Utilize scheduling tools such as Milestones Professional, Microsoft Project or Primavera in accordance with established management plans to display the Critical Path
    • Develop schedules, maintain baselines, report status.
    • Provide analysis to identify misalignments, risks, issues, concerns, and opportunities.
    • Develop presentation materials for readiness and other review boards, as needed.
    • Communicate and coordinate with various groups across the enterprise for inclusion, representation, and accuracy of data.
    • Presents information to large audiences or senior management personnel.
    Qualifications:
    • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
    • Must possess and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
    • Experience with Project Management, Schedule Development and Microsoft Project.
    • Systems Engineering and/or project planning experience working with large projects.
    • Experience in developing/managing complex project schedules.
    • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.
    • Strong interpersonal, customer interaction, written, and verbal and briefing skills with ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
    Equal Pay Act:
    This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
