    Position Details:

    Incentives:
    New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus
    1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
    3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
    5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000

    Education Assistance:
    Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses
    Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year$3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
    Weekend Differential
    Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am

    Weekend Option Days:
    WEO rates + weekend differential

    Weekend Option Nights:
    WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential

    New Increased Weekend Option Differential:
    $10.00 RN
    Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
    PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.

    Licensure:

    Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.


    Certifications:
    Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

    Physical requirements/demands:
    Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
    Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
    Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform dutiesUnit Information:
    Surgical Trauma \"3A\" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients


    Nurse patient ratios are:
    Days 5:1, Nights 6:1.

    On our unit we offer you the opportunity to develop excellent critical thinking skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills including:

    Head-to-toe assessments
    Reading and posting telemetry strips
    IV insertions
    Catheter, trach, and ostomy care
    Wound care
    Chest tubes
