We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support the rollout and adoption of innovative, AI-enabled products across internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal business partners,
Capture business needs and translate ideas into viable product or solution approaches,
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, labs, and development partners,
Support AI-enabled product rollouts,
