    For those passionate about shaping the future of healthcare, here is an exciting opportunity to make a difference. We are expanding the scope of care to encompass integrated health programs that span the entire spectrum of healthcare services.


    As an Independent Licensed Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct clinical services to patients in a face-to-face, office-based setting.


    We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Independent Licensed Therapist to join our team in Marlborough, Massachusetts.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
    • Offer therapy for various mental health conditions utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy
    • Monitor treatment progress, track changes in symptoms, and manage treatment side effects

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts
    • Background in health psychology
    • Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families
    • Comfortable handling a diverse range of clinical cases
    • Proficient in both in-person and telehealth patient care
    • Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, MA
    • Telehealth availability 1-2 days a week for full-time positions

    Preferred Qualification:

    • 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
    • Previous hospital-based experience
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology
    • Demonstrated capability in maintaining professional patient relationships
    • Solid understanding of technology tools and solutions
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, and skilled at building client rapport
