- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, vendors, and job applicants; manage front desk and lobby operations
- Support daily office administration including mail distribution, shipping/receiving, scheduling, conference room coordination, filing, and invoice coding
- Maintain internal tools and resources such as SharePoint and other information platforms
- Coordinate meetings, company events, and internal communications, including newsletters and leadership presentations
- Administer the company's travel management platform (Egencia), including user access, traveler support, and system maintenance
- Support Human Capital operations such as employee onboarding/offboarding, record management, and wellness initiatives
- Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership, including meeting logistics and company events
- Assist with overflow administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an administrator in a professional office setting, human resources experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment's notice.
- Experience in working with confidential information
