    We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a background in selling staffing services. We encourage candidates with diverse staffing experiences. Experience with technology staffing is not required and we can provide support and training in that aspect.

    The primary responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include generating new accounts and overseeing customer relationships.

    The ideal candidate should be adept at lead generation and prospecting, showcasing a proven history of establishing and expanding accounts.

    Working closely with a team of specialized Technical Recruiters, the Business Development Manager will receive training and continuous support in their business development efforts.

    The position offers a competitive base salary along with substantial commission opportunities.

    Key requirements for this role include:
    Minimum of 3 years of Account Management/Business Development experience
    Experience with selling staffing services
    Proven expertise in developing professional relationships
