    TITLE: Trade Program Manager Export Compliance

    • This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team dedicated to trade compliance and operational efficiency across the Americas.

    A Day in the Life of a Trade Compliance Rock Star

    • You will be responsible for implementing and managing a standardized, compliant export compliance program for the Americas.
    • Develop and enforce export control policies, focusing on high-risk areas.
    • Collaborate with regional leaders to align export compliance with strategic initiatives.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on export regulations, licensing requirements, and government data interpretation.
    • Coordinate with site managers and freight forwarders to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in export compliance and international trade operations.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. federal export agencies, customs administration, Foreign Trade, Customs Law, and related regulations.

    Key Requirements

    • Expertise in export licensing, EEI filings, BIS regulations, encryption regulations, and ITAR compliance.
    • Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export regimes, with LATAM export experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel; additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

    Salary

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year
